Dear God,
I am sorry not to take the path You made
My forgiveness to obey the spoke You whisper
My apologized to ignore Your prohibition
I am sorry to travel alone without Your guide

Dear God,
Maybe I am to proud to myself
My confidence to choose all my path alone
This greed that wanting more than I need
The selfish arrogant ungraceful man

Now I am lost in the middle of nowhere
Stand between the dark cold scary valley
This darkness makes me loose my sight
The fog does not allowed me to see the light

Dear God,
Slowly my conscious turn to madness
This eyes getting blurry and shaded
The sound of nature fading away I can not hear
My body is numb I can not even stand

Disgrace my self with all my sins
Throw away your blessing grace
Now I just turn into something I am not

financial management is the management of the financial functions. Financial functions include fantasize obtain funds (raising of funds) and how to use these funds (allocation of funds). Financial managers are concerned with the determination of the amount of eligible assets from investmants in various asset and choose the sources of funds to finance these assets. To obtain funds, financial managers can obtain it from inside and outside the company. Sources from outside the company comes from the capital market, could take the from of debt or equity capital.

Financial management can be defined from the duties and responsibilities of the financial manager. The principal tasks of financial management include investment decision, financing and business operations of a company dividend, thus the task of a financial manager is to plan to maximize the value of the company. Another important activity that should be done regarding the financial manager of four aspects:

Financial managers must collaborate with other managers who are responsibe for the general planning of the company. Managers should focus on investment and financing decisions, and various things related to it financial managers must work with managers in the company so that the company can operate as efficiently as possible financial managers must be able to connect the company with the financial markets, where companies can obtain funds and securities can be traded.

Another important aspect of the company’s goals and objectives of financial management is the consideration of social responsibility which can be viewed from four aspects, namely :

If the company goes well, the company’s stock value will increase, while the value of corporate debt in the form of bonds is not affected at all. So it can be concluded that the value of stock holdings could be an appropriate index to measure the level of efektifitias company. Based on this reason, the goal of financial management is expressed in the form of stock ownership enterprise value maximization, or stock price maximization. Aim to miximize the stock price does not mean thet managers should strive to seek increase in value of the shares at the expense of bondholders.

Yurin   : Hey Sutiah !long time no see! And now your bakery business has gone achievement!

Sutiah : Thank you, Yurin. I’m still trying as best as I can satisfy every customer.

Yurin   : Wow, can you tell me the story of your success, Sutiah?

Sutiah : Well, before my business goes this biq, I also experienced hard times. At the first time stating out my bakery, my factoy where I made the bakery foods was in my own house’s kitchen. I did everything by myself. I made the dough, I baked the dough, I packed the bakey foods, Imarketed and distributed my bakery foods to food stalls to be resold all by my self. I tried my best to satisfy people and make them love my bakery foods.

Yurin   : And then… what happened next?

Sutiah : Over time, many people began to like my bakery foods. Seeing that opportunity, with adeguate fund of bank loan and driven by strong will, I decided to build and open up my own bakery. It wasn’t still a large bakery. I stopped selling my bakery foods to the food stalls and began to sell them in my own small bakery.

Yurin   : Did many people come to buy right after you opened the bakery?

Sutiah : It was like I needed to start over again. I had to introduce my new-open bakery to      people once more. I made brochures and leaflets to get people know my bakery. And    finally, people started to come over my bakery. My bakery customers then increased in number by the help of mouth-to-mouth promotions. That was how my marketing strategy worked.

Yurin   : Wow, weren’t you overwhelmed to handle those customers all by your self?

Sutiah : Of course, I had trouble to meet customer’s demands. Therefore, I decided to employ workers to work on my bakery. I started out employing 3 workers; 2 workers to work with me making the bakery foods back in the kitchen, and the rest became cashier and salesclerk that serve customers.

Yurin   : Do you need more workers then?

Sutiah : Of course, my scale of production was getting massive over time. Therefore, I started to employ more workers, enlarge and trim up my bakery, enhance my business strategy until today.

Yurin   : What do you consider as the most important thing in running your bakery business?

Sutiah : Definitely costumer’s satisfaction. I wouldn’t have run my business smoothly if I belittled customer’s satisfaction. One satisfaction of a customer is enough to attract other customers to come.
